Delivery Timeframe
Please expect a reasonable timeframe of up to 7 business days after payment clearance for your purchase. Within this period, the computer will be dispatched and subsequently delivered to the address you have specified.
Returns Info
If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase or decide to explore other options, you have the option to return the product within a 7-day timeframe in order to receive a refund or a replacement. Please note that the process of refunds or exchanges might take up to 14 days to be completed.
Warranty Info
All equipment purchases are accompanied by a 12-month carry-in warranty, unless otherwise indicated on the product or unless you opt for an extended warranty.
1 Hour Free Remote Support
We understand that when client’s first get their computer, connecting their existing printer or installing their Microsoft Office subscription needs to be activated sometimes needs to be attended to, to make the computer useful to you to use. We can run our remote support software on to provide you with this support. Communication will be via whatsapp chats and calls. After the 1st hour, support will be charged for.
