Total Cost and Shipping
The total cost of the computer includes all associated shipping expenses. It’s important to note that if any issues arise within 7 days of receiving the computer or if you decide not to keep it, we will cover the shipping costs for the return process. After this initial 7-day period, any warranty claims will require you to cover the shipping costs for sending the computer back to us.
Warranty Repairs
If a repair falls within the warranty’s terms, we will handle the shipping expenses for returning the computer to you after the repair is completed. You will be responsible for getting the unit to us. However, if the issue goes beyond the warranty coverage and requires our professional attention, you will be responsible for the shipping costs both to us and for the return of the computer.
Delivery Timeframe
Please expect a reasonable timeframe of up to 7 business days after payment clearance for your purchase. Within this period, the computer will be dispatched and subsequently delivered to the address you have specified.
