We understand you’re eager to power up your new CRS system! Here’s what to expect:

  • Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days after your payment clears for system configuration and preparation by our expert technicians.
  • Dispatch & Delivery: Once configured, your CRS will be dispatched and delivered directly to your specified address.

Return

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase or decide to explore other options, you have the option to return the product within a 7-day timeframe in order to receive a refund or a replacement. Please note that the process of refunds or exchanges might take up to 14 days to be completed. It’s important to be aware that returns could be subject to a handling fee, which could amount to a maximum of 20% of the product’s value.

To process your return, we kindly request that you provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds will be initiated after receiving and inspecting your returned item. You will be notified through email regarding the receipt of your item and the decision on whether your refund is approved or not. If your refund is approved, the necessary amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a reasonable time frame.

In cases where exchanges are applicable, we are only able to replace items that are proven to be defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please reach out to us at info@justswitchon.co.za, and we will guide you through the necessary steps.

Kindly note that the responsibility for covering the shipping costs associated with the return lies with you. The shipping costs incurred are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Warranty

All equipment purchases are accompanied by a 12-month carry-in warranty, unless otherwise indicated on the product or unless you opt for an extended warranty. In case of a valid warranty claim, if the equipment is found to be faulty, it will either be repaired or replaced with the same model. If repairing or providing the same model is not feasible, we will propose an alternative unit or issue a full refund.

Please be aware that tampering with or breaking the warranty seal will void your warranty. Additionally, any damages resulting from power surges and spikes are not covered by the warranty. It’s also important to note that laptop batteries are not included in the warranty coverage.
