How do I connect my desktop to the internet
Unlike laptops which come with built in WiFi, most older desktops are meant to have a network cable attached from your internet equipment to get and internet connection. If this is not possible, you should consider buying a laptop instead, or purchase a WiFi Dongle to connect your desktop to your WiFi network.

The computers we spec are corporate grade, meaning their components and build quality is premium grade – meant to last longer. The added benefit is that we provide all the guidance you need to choose the right computer for your requirements.
Why not Refurbished?
Just like a used car, the equipment has been used and has a limited warranty. Computers are electronic and have a limited lifespan. If you wanted a bit more peace of mind, buying new with a longer warranty would make more sense.
Can I return purchase for a full refund?
According to online shopping laws, as a buyer you have 7 days from receiving your product to return for a full refund. NOTE! This excludes software purchases such as an Office 365 purchase. There are terms and conditions to honor this – the returned purchase should be in original packaging, unused and in the same state in which it was shipped. It would be best to discuss this with us to make sure you are able to connect your existing monitor. Computers have a variety of connections and it is best to discuss and provide information so we know what is needed to connect your existing monitor.
Why is the range of computers less than other stores?
This online store is meant to be as simple as possible for customers that go to a computer store to get advise from the sales person on what to purchase and have limited knowledge on computer specifications. We believe that by simple classification and basic choices, we can cater to most everyone of this market. It also makes it easier for us to manage inventory and provide a more efficient service.
Your computers are more expensive than most on google shopping. Why is that?
We carefully select our computers balancing value and decent specifications. For instance, we don’t provide any computers with traditional hard drives and low memory. In our experience, any computer running Windows 10 take a significant performance hit on traditional drives and with 4GB RAM and lower. Spending a bit more on your computer will reward you with decent performance and lifespan.
